Letter from Shri Vishal Tandel to Deputy Secretary (UD) regarding suggestion / views on the Draft Proposed Amendment to the Daman & Diu Municipalities (Amended) Regulation 1994.in said letter he briefly mentioned section wise suggestions and also mentioned the section which needs to be amended and not covered under this proposed draft.He also requested to give an opportunity in person to explain if any of the point is not understood on behalf of the people of Urban Area of Daman & Diu. He also requested the UT Adminstration to consider given objections totally in the spirit of the 73rd & 74th Constitutional Amendment and necessary changes as demanded may please be incorporated.
